Report Card Pick Ups

Dear students and families,

I hope you all have had a lovely Spring Break! Report Card Pick Ups are this Thursday, April 16th.

You should sign up for a 10 minute time slot to meet with your child's homeroom teacher.

Homeroom 301: Mr. Papczun

Homeroom 302: Ms. Glassco

If you need to meet with me or Mr. Papczun and your child is not in our homeroom, we ask that you sign up after Wednesday this week, once the homeroom schedules have been confirmed. (In our experience, there is usually plenty of time for a quick check-in with both teachers if needed.)

If you need to meet for a particular subject area, see Mr. Papczun (for Math and Social Studies) and Ms. Glassco (for Reading, Writing, and Science).

Notices will be sent out on Monday for conference times. Please return by Tuesday to get you first preference. We must have your conference preference form returned by Wednesday in order to schedule a time. Please note, if you do not return a form or contact us, we cannot guarantee a conference time. Families will be seen first based on the schedule and, secondly, on availability (first come, first served). Conference times can be scheduled via conference call with Ms. Glassco as necessary.

For Ms. Glassco, you may sign up for a time the following ways:

1) Complete the "Conference Preference Form" and return by Tuesday or Wednesday next week. A confirmation paper will be sent home with your child.

2) Reply to this email with your conference preference times. (Please list at least three available times.)

3) Respond via the Wix blog indicating your conference preference times.

***If you'd like to simply pick up your child's report card without a conference, please indicate in your response, by noting: "no conference, pick up only".***
